BSM is an abbreviation of Business Specific Metadata. You can create these freely yourselves. This is any metadata you would like to store on your folders

When you click on "BSM register" you will see all the BSM groups on the left-hand side.
In the main overview, you can change the access rules for the access groups.
Create BSM group
To create a new BSM group, click on the green button at the bottom left, marked "New group"
You will get this window:
None of the fields have requirements as to which type of text should be used. We recommend that you choose text or numbers that give a good description and are easy to use.
Edit BSM group
In the list of BSM groups on the left, select the group you wish to edit by clicking on it.
To edit the group, click on the pencil at the top right, as shown with a red square in the image below. You will then get the picture below, with the editing window on the right. You can then edit the Name and Description.
Delete BSM group
In the list of BSM groups on the left, select the group you want to delete by clicking on it.

Create group field in BSM group
In each BSM group, you can create any desired group fields. A group field is the field you
get under BSM in Folder and Case file. To create a group field, click the desired BSM group in the list on the left. Then click on the blue button "Create group field", as shown with a red square in the image below:

Under "Type" you decide what kind of information you want to enter in the field. You can choose between a number of different values.
Edit group field in BSM group
To edit a group field, click on the line where the relevant value is. You will then get
the editing window on the right, as shown below:
Delete group field in BSM group
To delete a group field, hold the mouse pointer over the line with the field. Then an icon
appears with a Trash can on the right, as shown with a red circle three images up. Click on
this icon and confirm the deletion in the window that appears.
